Returns and exchanges
You can return the poster, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, and you must support this fact with a written statement. The statement should be sent by registered mail or attached to the package with the returned goods. The deadline is determined by the postmark date. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Returned goods must not bear signs of use. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from the use of the item beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
How to return a product
- Fill out the form on withdrawal from the sales contract or inform us by e-mail about the planned return.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and secure it for travel. Include a completed withdrawal form from the sales contract.
- Send the package to the following address: Follygraph Grażyna Maniecka, Milky Way 26, 87-134 Gutowo
- Once we receive the package, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of the return. If the returned product is approved, then the purchase amount will be refunded immediately – through the same channel that was used to pay for the goods.
- All costs (including the cost of delivery to the customer) will be refunded. You will only bear the cost of returning the goods to Follygraph’s headquarters in accordance with EU consumer regulations. Refund of the shipping fee applies when the order is returned in full.
How to replace the product
- Inform us by email about the planned exchange.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and secure it for travel.
- Send the package to the following address: Follygraph Grażyna Maniecka, Milky Way 26, 87-134 Gutowo
- If the replaced product is more expensive – pay the difference. The cost of returning the product to the store shall be borne by the buyer, and the replaced product shall be sent at our expense.
